Pygma LLC is an accelerator and early-stage fund for Latin American founders building in fintech and applied AI, with teams in New York, São Paulo and Bogotá. Pygma LLC is responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

• Information you send us. When you apply to the cohort, the Tailored Program, the First Check fund, the Fellowship, or reach out as a partner, we receive what you write in the form: for example your name, email, LinkedIn, company details, traction, deck links and answers to our questions.
• Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time) to keep the site secure and running.
• Preferences on your device. We store a couple of small settings in your own browser, such as light or dark mode. They never leave your device. See Cookies.

We don't run analytics or advertising trackers on this website, and we don't buy data about you from third parties.

• To review your application, get back to you and, if there's a fit, run the program with you.
• To evaluate investment opportunities for our fund.
• To invite you to events and share updates you asked for. You can opt out anytime.
• To keep the website secure and working.

Founder profiles on Demo Week and the Portfolio are published only with the founders' agreement, as part of the program. We never publish founders' email addresses.

We don't sell or rent your personal data.

We share data only with the service providers that help us run Pygma, and only for that purpose:

• Vercel: Hosts this website and keeps standard server logs. Privacy policy
• Tally: Runs our application and contact forms. Privacy policy
• Supabase: Stores our portfolio and Demo Week data, and powers the founder platform. Privacy policy
• Veed: Plays the founder pitch videos on Demo Week. Privacy policy
• Luma: Handles event registrations. Privacy policy

We may introduce you to investors, mentors or partners when that is part of the program and you agree to it. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.

Some of these providers are based in the United States, so your data may be processed outside your country. We work with providers that protect it with appropriate safeguards.

We keep application data for as long as we need it to evaluate it and to consider you for future cohorts or investments. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Depending on where you live (for example under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012, Mexico's federal data protection law, Brazil's LGPD, the EU and UK GDPR, or California law), you can:

• Ask what personal data we have about you and get a copy.
• Correct it or ask us to delete it.
• Object to or limit how we use it, and withdraw consent you gave us.
• Complain to your local data protection authority.

This website doesn't use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, so you won't see a cookie banner. It only keeps these settings in your own browser:

Embedded content. Our forms (Tally) and pitch videos (Veed) load from those providers and may set their own cookies when you use them. Their policies are linked above.

Founder platform. If you log in to the Pygma platform, it uses essential cookies to keep you signed in. You can't use the platform without them.

You can clear or block cookies and site data anytime in your browser settings.

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
